Canada’s Drag Race announced that three new judges will join the second season.

Earlier this week, season one jury member Stacey McKenzie left the show due to “COVID challenges,” after american horror story star Jeffrey Bowyer-Chapman left the show last spring.

To replace them, three new judges will join Drag race legend Brooke Lynn Hytes as permanent panel members for new episodes.

Season 1 special guest Traci Melchor will join full-time. Melchor is a journalist and former host of a popular Canadian entertainment show The social.

Old United States Fashion font analyst Brad Goreski has also been recruited. The stylist got dressed The Big Bang Theoryis Kaley Cuoco, Modern family star Sarah Hyland and Joy actress Léa Michele.

“The drag in Canada is amazing, so I can’t wait to see the incredible looks and artistry that the season two queens are going to bring to the runway,” said Goreski.

The new panel will be completed by Amanda Brugel, the actress best known for playing Rita in The Handmaid’s Tale. She also appeared in Kim’s convenience and Black orphan.

With his judges now intact, Canada’s Drag Race should be released later this year.

RuPaul Drag Race in UK Series 3 will air on BBC Three (via iPlayer) in the UK and on WOW Presents Plus in the US.

Netflix also features new episodes of RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars Season 6 every Thursday. In the United States, the show is broadcast exclusively on Paramount +.
