WHEN you have a successful career, millions in the bank and a fabulous jet-set lifestyle, the first thing you should buy is one of the hottest properties on the market.
And the focus is really on location, location, location for these celebs, who have all captured some of the flashiest mega-mansions in Los Angeles’ exclusive Beverly Hills neighborhood.
Here we take a look at some of the hottest houses in the hills…
Robbie Williams and Ayda Field
Value: $49.50m, wine cellar and pantry
Robbie Williams and his wife Ayda Field recently sold their multi-million pound LA mansion to Drake.
However, they didn’t go far – reportedly spending $49.5 million on a sprawling property in the same area.
The huge house has a tennis court, a koi pond, a closed garage, a pantry and a wine cellar.
Value: $50 million, outdoor kitchen and private cinema
With 11 parking spaces and a staggering 22 bathrooms, the pad Drake bought Robbie is huge, even by Hollywood standards.
Measuring 25,000 square feet, the property contains a cinema, an elevator, a swimming pool and even an outdoor kitchen.
There is also a wine cellar, a gym and a staggering 22 bathrooms.
Previously, Drake had tested the waters of Beverly Hills by staying in a seven-bedroom, $65 million mansion that even had its own moat.
Value: $8.5 million, chef’s kitchen and courtyard entrance
Chat show host Ellen DeGeneres and his wife Portia de Rossi recently purchased a new $8.5 million mansion in Beverly Hills.
The couple will have plenty of privacy, as their new home is located in a private, guarded enclave of Hidden Valley Estates.
All new fixtures, finishes and systems have been added to the home to create a more modern feel, while a chef’s kitchen has also been built with high end appliances.
The layout of the mansion stays true to the original design and incorporates terrazzo flooring and Calacatta Gold and Salt Marble countertops.
Value: $23.8 million, private parking for 10 super cars
They say it’s always a good idea to try to get along with your neighbors, but singer Rihanna doesn’t need to worry about that.
The pregnant star reportedly recently spent $10 million to buy the house right next to the five-bedroom, seven-bathroom mansion she purchased a few months prior for $13.8 million.
The pad was built in the late 1930s, with four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and just over 3,500 square feet of living space.
She also has access to her own cocktail bar, freestanding spa bath and private gym, plus parking to store up to 10 super cars – which is handy as she has a collection of 2 £.3 million.
Hailey and Justin Bieber
Value: $25.8 million mansion with 10 bathrooms
Justin Bieber and his wife Hailey originally purchased their Beverly Park mega-mansion in August 2020 for around $25.8 million.
The sprawling residence has 2.5 acres of land, seven bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, a tennis court, and a koi pond, among other features.
Of course, that’s not the only property the power couple – who tied the knot in 2018 – own.
They also spend their time at their £3.9million Canadian lakeside mansion and recently sold another property – again in sought-after Beverly Hills – for just under £8million .
Worth: $25 million property oozing old Hollywood glamor
With an $80 million portfolio to her name, singer Taylor Swift knows a thing or two about property.
She has a collection of luxurious homes across the United States, including a 1934 Georgian Revival estate in Los Angeles.
The property has seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms, covering 10,982 square feet.
The stunning home was previously owned by Hollywood film producer Samuel Goldwyn before Taylor bought it.
This isn’t Taylor’s first home in the area.
She previously sold her stunning four-bedroom bungalow in Beverly Hills for £2.1million, which included five bathrooms, a wine cellar and a huge swimming pool.
