Mark recently revealed he went from a size 5XL to XL in boxer shorts as he spoke about his weight loss journey on ITV’s Loose Women.
The UK quiz told panelists Kaye Adams, Stacey Solomon and Linda Robson that he was 29 when he worked as a teacher 18 years ago.
Mark’s figure has undoubtedly shrunk over the past few months, with the star clutching her old pants – and the difference is immediately noticeable.
Mark has spoken openly about his radical lifestyle change on his Instagram – telling fans he was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes in 2017.
“Since then, I have prioritized my health and fitness in general and have been on a real weight loss journey losing almost 10 stones since my diagnosis,” he wrote.
“I became a lot more physically active by taking my dog for walks and being careful about my sugar intake to help manage my diabetes and I also started eating breakfast, which I never had. done before!
“I now take stock, every time I’m home, to sit down with my son, have breakfast and start the day right!”
