Bridgerton star Sabrina Bartlett has joined the forged of The Larkins, the ITV adaptation of The Darling Buds of May starring Bradley Walsh.
Bartlett, who not too long ago performed Siena Rosso within the Netflix interval drama Bridgerton, stars as Mariette Larkin and stars alongside Tok Stephen (Grantchester), who will play Cedric ‘Charley’ Charlton within the upcoming comedy-drama.
The Larkin, which relies on The novel by HE Bates The Darling Buds of Could is ready within the Nineteen Fifties and follows a working-class household led by Pop Larkin (Walsh) and his spouse Ma (The Thick of It is Joanna Scanlan).
With their six kids, the Larkins lead their idyllic life within the Kent countryside whereas dealing with threats from authorities officers and posh second dwelling house owners.
The sequence can even concentrate on the love affair between Mariette and village newcomer Cedric ‘Charley’ Charlton, an uncommon accountant from the town despatched to analyze the Larkins’ tax affairs who will get distracted by the gorgeous Mariette.
