Phillip Schofield made an honest admission about the National Television Awards last week.

Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford couldn’t speak, and they duly took to social media to like a series of overshadowing tweets on Schofe and Holly.
“The typical adult needs to let go four times a month, but most don’t remember doing it?” Holly said today.
“So, is it okay to go out and have a little rash? Doctor’s orders?” she added to Dr. Steele.

“Not very exciting scientific research, but interesting,” added Dr Steele.
“Well, it’s good to know that it comes with doctor’s orders, which means last Thursday was actually a healthy thing,” Phillip joked.
“Except you couldn’t remember it!” Holly commented.
“There are a lot of things I can’t remember,” Phillip admitted.
The annual NTA ceremony took place in London on Thursday, with comedian Joel Dommett as host.
Holly was nominated for best presenter award, in the same category as Piers Morgan and Ant and Dec, as well as Alison Hammond and Bradley Walsh.
